Asset Management System -- SkyPhoez

Project goal The company dealt with a wide range of smartphones on a daily basis. That included brand new devices purchased in bulk and single orders, old & used phones coming from Telco companies, and repair devices coming from our overseas branch. They had 5+ different sectors that these devices are assigned to and are rigorously tested in-house.

Initially, all the operational tasks were being carried out manually. This imposed great technical and clerical challenges to expanding and increasing both the in-flow and out-flow of its IT assets, not just limited to smartphones.

Solution The system I designed and build was used to track what devices are coming in, where they are located at all times, and all relevant information (device & diagnostics) pertaining to a single asset, amongst other features. - Automated price calculation based on grade and other metrics

- Employee Management with permission roles
